For route-based businesses, that consistency affects more than the schedule. It determines how many jobs a driver can complete, how much fuel gets burned between appointments, whether customers receive reliable service, and whether the day ends on time. Why recurring work creates scheduling problems

A recurring service model looks simple on paper. A technician visits every Tuesday. A sales rep sees priority accounts once a month. A delivery driver restocks the same locations each week. Balance consistency with real-world changes
