Common questions
Pro trials and subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Teams trials are billed by card at Flex signup. When a trial ends, you are charged unless you cancel before it ends. A payment method is required to start either trial.
Pro billing cycle changes are managed in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Teams billing can be changed from your Flex account settings.
Teams is a separate product built for dispatchers managing multiple drivers. If you’re a solo driver, Pro is everything you need. If you’re running a team, the Teams plan includes dispatch tools for all your drivers.
Teams starts at $49/month which includes your dispatcher account. Each driver seat you add is $20/month. So a team of 3 drivers is $49 + (3 × $20) = $109/month. Teams is billed by card at signup.
Each driver uses the RoadWarrior mobile app with their own login. The Teams plan covers their subscription — they don’t need to purchase Pro separately.
Yes. Cancel Pro from the App Store or Google Play. Cancel Teams from your Flex account. Annual plans may be non-refundable after the trial period depending on the store or Teams terms.
