These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoadWarrior products, including mobile apps, web apps, and websites operated by RoadWarrior.

Agreement

By creating an account or using RoadWarrior, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RoadWarrior on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

RoadWarrior provides route planning, navigation-related features, and related tools. Features may differ by plan (Basic/Free, Pro, Teams) and may change over time. Current plan details are described on our Pricing page.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may be billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or web billing depending on how you subscribe. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the rules of the store or billing system you used. See Manage your subscription for guidance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse the service or interfere with its operation
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Use RoadWarrior in violation of applicable law
Resell or redistribute the service except as expressly allowed

Intellectual property

RoadWarrior and its logos, software, and content are owned by RoadWarrior or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

RoadWarrior is provided "as is." Routing, traffic, and map data may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for safe and lawful driving and for verifying routes against road conditions and vehicle restrictions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadWarrior is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel paid subscriptions through the applicable billing channel.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
