Pro is the mobile app the driver uses — built for one person planning their own route. Flex is the web dashboard the manager uses — built to assign and monitor routes across a team of drivers. Most fleets use both: managers in Flex, drivers in Pro.
There's no hard cap. Flex is used by teams running anywhere from two drivers to fifty-plus. Pricing scales with the number of active drivers on your plan.
Drivers use their own phones — iOS or Android — with the free RoadWarrior driver app, which connects to your Flex account. No dedicated hardware required.
Every completed stop logs a timestamp, GPS location, and optional photo or signature. You can pull a delivery record per stop, per driver, or across the whole fleet, and export to CSV.
