RoadWarrior navigation is the default when you tap Navigate. Use this guide when you prefer to open an external navigation app instead.
Which navigation apps are supported?
Install the app you want before you change the setting in RoadWarrior. Supported handoff targets include:
- Apple Maps
- Google Maps
- Waze
- HERE WeGo
- Sygic
- Navigon
- Yandex
The list shown in Settings may vary slightly by device and what you have installed.
How do I switch to an external navigation app?
Open the side menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap Navigation App.
Choose the app you want (for example Google Maps or Waze).
The next time you tap Navigate on a stop, RoadWarrior opens that app for directions.

How do I switch back to RoadWarrior navigation?
Use the same path: side menu → Settings → Navigation App, then select RoadWarrior (or the built-in navigation option in the list).
