RoadWarrior uses locations in two related ways: stops on your route and favorites you mark for quick access. They are not separate worlds. A favorite is a location flagged so it is easier to search, find, and show on the map.
What is a stop?
A stop is a location on your current route: a place you plan to visit today. Stops appear in your route list, take a numbered place in stop order, and show on the map as you build and drive the run.
When you Navigate and Check In, you are working with stops on that route.

What is a favorite?
A favorite is a location marked as a favorite. That mark makes it stand out when you search and when you browse the map. Favorites are for addresses you use often: a regular client, your depot, or any place you do not want to re-type every morning.
Marking a location as a favorite does not by itself add it to today's route. You still add it as a stop when you want it on the run. See Add stops from favorites and Create a favorite.
Both stops and favorites can point at the same address over time. What differs is the favorite mark, not whether the place is "one-time" or "permanent."

Exact icons may vary slightly by platform version. If favorites are hidden, turn on the Favorites map layer when adding from the map.
When to use a favorite mark
Use a favorite when you want a location to be easy to find again:
- Repeat customers or weekly accounts
- Your start/end depot or home base
- Any address you add to routes often
Use a stop for every location on today's route, whether or not it is also a favorite. You can add a favorite to the route in one tap instead of searching from scratch.
