In RoadWarrior 2.0, schedules describe recurring routes: the same route pattern you run on a repeating cadence. Example: you deliver the same territory every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and that route automatically appears on those days.
This is different from delivery windows (see below), which describe when a stop can be visited during the day.
What is a recurring schedule?
A schedule ties a route to days you repeat it. Instead of rebuilding the same stop list each morning, RoadWarrior can populate the route when a scheduled day arrives.
Use schedules when:
- You run the same stops on a fixed weekly pattern
- You want a template route to return on schedule without manual duplication every time

How do I set up a recurring schedule?
After the route appears on a scheduled day, run Optimize if stop order should recalculate. See Optimize and route settings.
Delivery windows (per-stop availability)
When delivery windows ship, they will be documented in Delivery windows. Favorite hours may feed delivery windows when a favorite is added to a route.
Using RoadWarrior on the web
Recurring schedules and delivery windows will be documented for web when those flows are verified in the 2.0 web app.
