RoadWarrior Teams is the web dispatch portal for business owners and dispatchers who manage multiple drivers. You build and assign routes in the browser. Drivers run those routes in the RoadWarrior mobile app on their phones.
Teams is a separate plan from solo Pro. It includes Pro-level features for every driver on the team, plus dispatch tools on the web. See Plans and pricing and live rates on Pricing.
Who uses what?

Each driver signs in with their own login. The Teams plan covers their subscription. They do not need to buy Pro separately.
The web portal and the driver app
RoadWarrior has two parts that stay in sync:
- Teams (web) — you plan routes, assign stops, and watch progress from any browser.
- Mobile app — drivers navigate turn-by-turn, check in, and follow route updates on the road.
When you change a route in Teams, updates push to the driver app without the driver re-entering stops by hand.
Get started with Teams
Start a Teams trial on the web (trial includes at least one driver seat; confirm current trial terms on Pricing).
Open flex.roadwarrior.app and sign in as the dispatcher account for your team.
Continue with the workflow below: invite drivers, build routes, assign them, and track progress.
Billing and seat changes are covered in Manage Teams billing.
End-to-end workflow
1. Set up your team
Create your Teams account on the web and confirm your dispatcher login works at flex.roadwarrior.app.
Add the drivers who will run routes for you. See Invite drivers to your team.
2. Build routes in the portal
Create routes from the Teams web portal:
- Add stops manually, paste addresses, or bulk upload from a spreadsheet or carrier manifest (same web app used for solo uploads; see Add stops from a spreadsheet).
- Optimize routes and, when needed, split stops across multiple drivers from one screen.

3. Assign routes to drivers
Assign each route to the driver who will run it. Assigned routes appear in that driver's mobile app right away, ready to navigate.
Mid-day changes made in Teams push to the app in real time so drivers see new stops or notes without a separate message thread.
4. Drivers run routes on mobile
Drivers open the RoadWarrior app, select the assigned route, and Navigate stop by stop. They use built-in navigation or an external maps app according to their settings.
Check-ins and stop progress in the app feed back to the portal for tracking and reporting.
5. Track your fleet live
The Teams portal shows live driver locations and stop completion status on one map view. Use it to spot delays, see which stops are done, and decide when to reassign work without calling every driver.
6. Review history and exports
Completed routes, check-ins, and stop-level actions are available for review in the web Reporting Tool. Pro and Teams accounts can export data for payroll, client billing, or internal records.

Stop limits and seat pricing are on Pricing. Teams routes support up to 200 stops per route per Plans and pricing.
What drivers get
Every driver on a Teams plan gets Pro-level mobile features, including optimization, check-ins, sync, bulk-uploaded stops on assigned routes, time windows, and ETA sharing. Truck-safe routing is an upcoming capability planned for a future release. Solo drivers who are not on a team use the Pro plan instead.
