RoadWarrior uses Basic and Free for the same no-cost plan. This article uses Basic (Free) for clarity.

What plans does RoadWarrior offer?

RoadWarrior has three plans:

  • Basic (Free) — try the app and run shorter routes at no cost
  • Pro — full solo-driver tools, including optimization and sync across devices
  • Teams — dispatch and manage multiple drivers from the web

Download the mobile app is free. You can upgrade to Pro anytime from the side menu, or sign up for Teams on the web.

Basic (Free) plan

Basic (Free) includes:

  • Routes up to 8 stops
  • Unlimited saved routes and favorites
  • Use on one device (no sync across devices)

Pro plan

Pro is for solo drivers who run longer routes every day. It includes everything in Basic (Free), plus:

  • Routes up to 120 stops
  • Route optimization
  • Sync across devices (switch phones or use more than one device with the same account)
  • Bulk stop upload (spreadsheet and carrier manifests)
  • Truck-safe routing (coming in a future release)
  • Time windows and delivery scheduling
  • Stop check-ins and route progress tracking
  • ETA sharing
  • Priority support

Teams plan

Teams is for dispatchers who assign routes to drivers. It includes Pro features for every driver on the team, plus:

  • Up to 200 stops per route
  • RoadWarrior Teams web dispatch portal
  • Assign and manage routes from the web
  • Multi-driver management
  • Real-time driver tracking
  • Driver communication and updates
  • Centralized billing for the team
  • Dedicated onboarding support
