Syncing and devices

How Basic and Pro handle devices, manual sync, and what to do when routes look missing.

You will know how Basic (Free) and Pro work across devices, how to run a manual sync, and where to get help when data looks wrong.

Can I use RoadWarrior on more than one device?

It depends on your plan.

Basic (Free) is device-locked. Your saved routes and favorites stay on the device where you created them. They do not sync to another phone or tablet.

Pro syncs routes across devices when you sign in with the same registered account. See Plans and pricing for the full comparison.

Why did my other device log out?

RoadWarrior allows one active device at a time per account.

When you sign in on a new phone or tablet, the previous device is logged out. This is normal. Sign in again on the old device if you switch back.

How do I sync my routes manually?

If your routes look out of date on Pro, try a manual sync.

  1. Open the side menu.

  2. Pull down or tap the sync bar at the bottom of the menu to sync your routes.

  3. Wait for the sync to finish, then check your route list again.

My routes are missing on a new device

If routes disappeared after you switched devices, try a manual sync first (steps above). If they still look wrong, contact support with the email on your account.

Still stuck?

Email support@roadwarrior.app with your account email and what you see on each device (old routes missing, sync failing, unexpected log-out, etc.).
