You can pull stops from one route onto another without re-entering addresses. Select stops on the source route, then Copy or Move them to a new or existing route.
Copy vs Move

Use Copy when you want the same stops on two routes (for example, a template route you reuse). Use Move when you are splitting or reorganizing stops and no longer need them on the source route.

How do I copy or move stops?
Once you are in multi-select mode on the source route:
Select the stops you want. Use Select All if you need every stop on the route.
Tap the action grid icon in the top right.
Choose Copy or Move.
Pick a destination route (create a new route or choose an existing one).
After the transfer, open the destination route and confirm the stops appear in the order you expect. Run Optimize if you need a new stop sequence.
Moving an entire route
If you want every stop on a route moved or duplicated as a set, Copy or Move with Select All works, but duplicating the whole route is often simpler.
