Use coordinates when you have an exact latitude and longitude instead of a street address. RoadWarrior places the pin at those decimal-degree values on your route.

What coordinate format does RoadWarrior use?
Enter coordinates in decimal degrees, not degrees/minutes/seconds (DMS).
Example: 40.0150, -105.2705 (latitude, then longitude)
Use a negative longitude for locations west of the prime meridian (most of the Americas). Use a negative latitude for locations south of the equator.
How do I add a stop from coordinates?
Open your route and tap the Add Stop button at the bottom to enter search mode.
Type the coordinates in decimal degrees (for example
40.0150, -105.2705).Tap Search. Coordinate searches do not show autosuggest like street addresses.
Confirm the pin location, then tap Add to Route.
Can I set a start point or save a favorite?
Yes. From the same coordinate result screen you can:
- Add to Route — add the location as a stop on your current route.
- Set as Start Point — make this coordinate where the route begins. See Start and end points.
- Save as Favorite — store the location for reuse. See Create a favorite.
Pin in the wrong place?
Double-check latitude and longitude order and that both values use decimal degrees.
Confirm you did not paste DMS values (degrees, minutes, seconds). Convert to decimal degrees first if needed.
Zoom the map on the result before confirming Add to Route so you can see whether the pin matches the intended spot.
